Free plan
The free plan is offered with limited features. No payment is collected, so no refund applies.
Paid plan
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscription charges are non-refundable once the plan is activated. You can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases of double payment or technical errors on Billxo’s side. Please contact hello@billxo.com within 7 days of the transaction.
