Billxo offers both free and paid subscription plans. Please read this policy to understand how refunds are handled.

Free Plan

The free plan is offered with limited features. No payment or refund applies.

Paid Plan

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscription charges are non-refundable once activated.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of double payment or technical errors on Billxo’s side. Please contact hello@billxo.com within 7 days of the transaction.

Billxo reserves the right to modify or update this policy without prior notice.
